Temps matériel

With Temps matériel, artists Francis Boisvert, Aglaë Brown, and Linda Zheng (郑) invite viewers to a sensitive reinterpretation of the heritage of Montreal’s Centre-Sud neighborhood, drawing in particular on archives and artifacts that the Écomusée du fier monde is dedicated to preserving, as well as on architectural elements unique to the neighborhood. Discover the fruits of their explorations and reflections through various sculptural and installation-based works that reimagine, reinvent, and dream up the traces of the past.
