Discover three original collections from the Écomusée du fier monde!

The Écomusée du fier monde has digitized three original collections. This project has made it possible to compile a bank of images to be used to feed our social networks, our website, as well as various dissemination initiatives.

This digitization project was made possible thanks to Canadian Heritage’s Museums Assistance Program (MAP) – Digital Access to Heritage – for the year 2023-2024.

Jean-François Larose Collection – documentary resources on industrial heritage

The collection is made up of important documents (old or rare books), compiled thanks to the work of an Industrial Heritage Consultant. These works illustrate the evolution of techniques, the history of certain companies or important engineering works. They represent a rich and precious documentary resource for a better understanding of the country’s industrial history.
