The territory of Centre-Sud stretches from the river to Sherbrooke Street, between Saint-Denis Street and the tracks of the Canadian Pacific, near Moreau Street to the east.

Today in the Centre-Sud, manufacturing has become a witness to a bygone era. Products manufactured in the past have now become collector’s items, while the life experiences behind them constitute a rich intangible heritage. Many parts and pieces of the neighbourhood’s heritage have a worth conserving, documenting, and promoting.
